Our weekly pub quiz kicks off every Wednesday at 8.30pm, and it’s the perfect excuse to gather your cleverest mates, your least helpful relatives, or that one friend who somehow knows every capital city, football stat and 80s pop lyric ever recorded.

For just £2 to enter, you’ll be in with a chance of cash prizes, and if that wasn’t enough to get you through the door, there’s also free supper for quiz-goers too. That’s right – a proper pub quiz with food thrown in. Suddenly staying in on a Wednesday seems a lot less appealing, doesn’t it?

At The Thomas Egerton, we’re all about a warm welcome, great atmosphere, homemade food and good company, and quiz night brings all of that together nicely. It’s local, lively, a little bit competitive, and always good fun. Whether you’re in it to win it or just there for the laughs, everyone is welcome.
